We are based in Denmark and currently ship to countries within Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing Time
We do our best to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- EU Countries: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

Delays and Issues
